WHERE IT ALL BEGAN?

During my professional experience in corporations and parallel studies in coaching and hypnotherapy, I observed the behavior and functioning of individuals and realized that emotional and psychological well-being influences performance, decision making, team spirit, motivation and success. Unless persistent biases, fears, learned patterns, past traumas are removed, no one can reach their full potential in the present moment.

I combine NLP coaching and hypnotherapy, working with the subconscious mind, which is a valuable resource for individuals who are trying to address the root cause of emotional and psychological problems.  Finding the root cause and releasing it at a subconscious level creates improvement and lasting change. WHERE DO THE  EMOTIONAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL ISSUES COME FROM?

  • FACT 1: Our life is 90% controlled by the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is a feeling mind, not a logical mind.

  • FACT 2: Our brain is like a computer, it contains many different programs and folders, some of which are hidden in our subconscious and we are not aware of them. It is where our limited beliefs, feelings, interpretations and more are located. Everything we have created based on our past experiences is stored here.

  • FACT 3: In hypnosis we can access the subconscious mind and find the root cause of limited beliefs, patterns of behavior, emotions that do not serve us well. We unblock them and release them fully.
